Dr. Dylan is getting ready for HYROX!
Hi y’all! It’s been a busy but great summer! So guess what I have been getting myself into?
HYROX. That’s what.
Over the last couple months I have been training for a fitness competition called HYROX, with an upcoming competition in November (only 6 weeks out!)
So what is HYROX? Think of it as an endurance event with some liftings and functional movements sprinkled in between.
